Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process our customers’ orders within 3-5 business days after we receive them. We will forward the tracking number to you as soon as the product ships.

Please note that each canvas print wall art is custom made, limited edition, adjusted by hand and printed with special high-grade ink. Please allow 10 business days for your print to arrive at your door. For international orders, please allow 12-15 business Days for delivery.

All our canvases are printed and shipped from our Florida printing center. We know that you will absolutely love the quality of our HD Printed Canvas Prints.

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate for shipping times.

Most USA Orders are shipped via USPS, depending on your location and Canvas size, FedEx shipping might be used instead. Delivery times are approximately 3-4 Business Days.

Canada Shipping is FedEx Ground. Delivery times are approximately 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is FedEx International. Delivery times are approximately 12-15 Business days depending on your location.

Q: Where do you ship from?

All our canvases are Made-to-order in our Florida, USA facility.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply contact us as soon as possible.

AmazingCanvasPrints.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Q: Are All Your Canvases Ready To Hang When I Receive Them?

Yes they surly are. They are ready to hang on your wall right out of the box.

Q: How do I check my tracking number?

Once your product ships, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your purchase.

Q: Okay I have my tracking number, how do I track it?

Q: What are the payment options?

We accept all major Credits Cards and PayPal.  

Q: I placed an order, but have not received any email from you with details about the order. When will I receive that?

A: All order detail emails are sent out as soon as you complete order. If you can't find it, please check your Spam mail box as it might have been placed in there. If you still can't find it, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Sometimes mistakes do happen.

 Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found

A: If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. Best would be is to use the “find zip code” or "zip code lookup" on your local post office website to help find your specific abbreviations and how to verify your address. Depending on your country, your package will be shipped by either USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Australia Post, etc..

Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order.

A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Email admin@amazingcanvasprints.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Q: Can I Get Refund?

Note: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours from when you placed your order. Otherwise the item must be returned in order to provide a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also ship it back in the same shipping box that it came in.
